項目按葫蘆島鋅業(yè)股份有限公司含銅原料生產(chǎn)陰極銅項目生產(chǎn)格局規(guī)劃，以反射爐鉛冰銅、冰銅渣、置換銅渣等含銅物料為原料，經(jīng)磨礦、常壓浸出、氧壓浸出、高效+旋流選擇性電積等工藝技術(shù)處理生產(chǎn)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)陰極銅產(chǎn)品5000噸/年。

科菲公司從簽項目以來，對項目可行性進(jìn)行反復(fù)論證，通過技術(shù)人員的日夜辛勞，完成了工程建設(shè)咨詢、方案可研、初步設(shè)計、施工圖設(shè)計；于2018年9月底開始緊鑼密鼓安裝施工，在2019年4月進(jìn)行了空載聯(lián)動，2019年4月26日順利出銅。

本項目對原生產(chǎn)線中的預(yù)浸系統(tǒng)、給料系統(tǒng)、加壓系統(tǒng)、閃蒸系統(tǒng)及排料系統(tǒng)和與之配套相關(guān)的控制安全系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行優(yōu)化提升改造，從而達(dá)到每天處理100~120t/d綜合廢料處理的能力。通過加壓連續(xù)加壓浸出將綜合廢料中的銅進(jìn)行選擇性加壓浸出，從而實現(xiàn)銅鎳與鐵、硅、鈣等有效選擇性分離，不但實現(xiàn)有價金屬銅的直接變現(xiàn)，同時為下一步鐵、硅、鈣資源化回收創(chuàng)造了良好條件。

該項目的成功投產(chǎn)，體現(xiàn)了科菲公司在連續(xù)加壓浸出領(lǐng)域的專業(yè)能力和技術(shù)力量，同時也讓公司的綜合競爭力提升到了一個新的高度！

1.1工作原理

所有的電解技術(shù)均建立在電化學(xué)基礎(chǔ)理論之上，旋流電解技術(shù)也不例外。傳統(tǒng)的電解技術(shù)是將陰陽極放置在緩慢流動或停滯的槽體內(nèi)，在電場的作用下，陰離子向陽極定向移動，陽離子向陰極定向移動，通過控制一定的技術(shù)條件，欲獲得的金屬陽離子在陰極得到電子沉積析出，從而得到電解產(chǎn)品。

陰極反應(yīng)：金屬離子在陰極得到電子形成金屬

Me+(aq)+e- →Me(S)

陽極反應(yīng)： 陰極得到的電子需要通過陽極失去電子來平衡。陽極有幾個可能的反應(yīng)，最主要的反應(yīng)是溶液中的水氧化產(chǎn)生氧氣，反應(yīng)如下：

當(dāng)電解液中的金屬濃度降低時，很難保證金屬在陰極還原而不發(fā)生其它反應(yīng)。

在金屬濃度較低時最容易發(fā)生的化學(xué)反應(yīng)是氫氣的產(chǎn)生，如下：

旋流電解技術(shù)是基于各金屬離子理論析出電位（E￠）的差異，即欲被提取的金屬只要與溶液體系中其他金屬離子有較大的電位差，則電位較正的金屬易于在陰極優(yōu)先析出，其關(guān)鍵是通過溶液告訴旋流來消除濃差極化等對電解的不利因素，避免了在傳統(tǒng)電解過程受多種因素（離子濃度、析出電位、濃差極化、超電位、pH值等）影響的限制，可以通過簡單的技術(shù)條件生產(chǎn)出高質(zhì)量的金屬產(chǎn)品。

以硫酸銅溶液的電解（電積）過程為例，旋流電解裝置中發(fā)生的反應(yīng)如下： 直流電使得電子在陽極（正極）和陰極進(jìn)行轉(zhuǎn)移。陽極上進(jìn)行的反應(yīng)消耗電子（氧化反應(yīng)），陰極上的反應(yīng)是得到電子的反應(yīng)（還原反應(yīng)）。

在陰極上得到的電子必須與在陽極上失掉的電子平衡。陽極上發(fā)生的反應(yīng)可能性有多種，最可能發(fā)生的水的析氧反應(yīng)。

把反應(yīng)1和反應(yīng)2進(jìn)行歸納，總反應(yīng)可以表述如下：

電流效率主要由除了銅在陰極還原的反應(yīng)之外的其它反應(yīng)來決定。理想狀態(tài)下，在陰極發(fā)生的反應(yīng)是銅離子在陰極還原形成銅金屬。如果這是唯一的一個陰極反應(yīng)的話，電流只是用于沉積銅離子，此時電流效率為100%

當(dāng)電解液中的銅濃度降低時，很難保證銅在陰極還原而不發(fā)生其它反應(yīng)。在銅濃度較低時最容易發(fā)生的化學(xué)反應(yīng)是氫氣的產(chǎn)生，如下：

1.2旋流電解裝置概述

旋流電解裝置是集工藝裝備、電氣設(shè)備與控制系統(tǒng)于一體的綜合系統(tǒng)。工藝過程是電解溶液通過溶液輸送泵從貯槽送到按設(shè)計排列與布局的旋流電解槽內(nèi)，溶液在裝置體系內(nèi)部進(jìn)行循環(huán)，有價金屬離子通過選擇性電解的作用從電解溶液中分離出來并吸附至陰極板上。桶狀產(chǎn)品通過專用產(chǎn)品采集裝置進(jìn)行采集，粉體產(chǎn)品通過專用粉體采集系統(tǒng)自動進(jìn)行。桶狀產(chǎn)品進(jìn)一步通過后序配套的產(chǎn)品加工裝置制成板體產(chǎn)品。與之配套的能夠在高電流密度、高效率運作的智能電源分配裝置系統(tǒng)和綜合控制系統(tǒng)，采用冗余硬件系統(tǒng)和全數(shù)字軟件式高精度觸發(fā)調(diào)節(jié)控制器，雙工熱備用，抗諧波干擾、抗強磁場干擾，與總控PLC系統(tǒng)通訊共同完成電解電流的智能控制。結(jié)合自動控制系統(tǒng)專利技術(shù)，實現(xiàn)生產(chǎn)過程中對流量、液位、溫度等的自主檢測，確保規(guī)模化生產(chǎn)中準(zhǔn)確性與可靠性操作。

這是該標(biāo)準(zhǔn)第二次公開征求意見。第一次征求意見稿于2008年3月向社會公布，距今已時隔五年。該標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的編制工作于2003年啟動，目的是為防治環(huán)境污染、維護(hù)生態(tài)平衡、保護(hù)人體健康，控制有色金屬工業(yè)污染物排放，促進(jìn)有色金屬工業(yè)生產(chǎn)技術(shù)裝備和污染控制技術(shù)的進(jìn)步。

在編制工作啟動的十年間，包括錫、銻、汞在內(nèi)的有色金屬產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展迅猛。由于缺乏國家層面的污染物排放標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，有色金屬產(chǎn)業(yè)已成為重要的環(huán)境污染源，且污染事故頻發(fā)。

征求意見稿對錫、銻、汞采選及冶煉工業(yè)企業(yè)生產(chǎn)過程中水污染物和大氣污染物排放限值、監(jiān)測和監(jiān)控要求等作出了明確規(guī)定。

征求意見稿尤其明確了“容易發(fā)生嚴(yán)重水污染問題而需要采取特別保護(hù)措施的地區(qū)”和“容易發(fā)生嚴(yán)重大氣環(huán)境污染問題的地區(qū)”的錫、銻、汞及其化合物在污水和廢氣中的排放限值。這些排放值標(biāo)準(zhǔn)在一定程度上填補了現(xiàn)有標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的空白，如《污水綜合排放標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》（GB 8978-1996）僅規(guī)定了污水中總汞的排放標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，并未涉及錫、銻的排放含量。

中國是全球最大的錫生產(chǎn)國，銻礦、汞礦的總保有量也分居世界第一、第三。中國同時也是這三種有色金屬的主要消費國和排放國之一，僅汞排放就占全球排放總量的四分之一。

2013年10月，中國政府代表團(tuán)將出席由聯(lián)合國環(huán)境規(guī)劃署舉辦的《水俁公約》簽約會議。《水俁公約》是全球首個具有法律約束力的限汞公約，公約要求締約國在15年內(nèi)逐步淘汰所有汞礦并在公約生效三年內(nèi)減少甚至禁止使用汞。 除行業(yè)特征污染物外，征求意見稿還對氨氮、COD（化學(xué)需氧量）、六價鉻等18項水污染物和二氧化硫、氟化物、顆粒物等11項大氣污染物做出了限額規(guī)定。

中國正在面臨有色金屬工業(yè)發(fā)展所帶來的環(huán)境和健康挑戰(zhàn)。國家已采取相應(yīng)措施，加速有色金屬工業(yè)的減排工作。根據(jù)《重金屬污染綜合防治“十二五”規(guī)劃》規(guī)定，到2015年，重點區(qū)域鉛、汞、鉻、鎘和類金屬砷等重金屬污染物的排放，比2007年削減15%。

傳統(tǒng)的工藝包括物理，化學(xué)，生物方法，它們可以有效的降解大部分污染物（除難降解物質(zhì)），排入環(huán)境之前利用上述技術(shù)提高水質(zhì)。然而，在經(jīng)過這種處理工藝后，其廢水中仍有大量的殘留污染物。因此，有必要盡可能多的去除這些廢水中的污染物，有效解決有機化合物或其它還原性污染物造成的COD濃度高、難于生化處理等問題。

針對現(xiàn)有技術(shù)中存在的上述問題，本公司自主研發(fā)了密閉式活塞流電催化裝置及處理方法，它有效解決有機化合物或其它還原性污染物造成的COD濃度高、難于生化處理等問題，廣泛適用于水處理及其他環(huán)保領(lǐng)域。

旋流電解電絮凝技術(shù)具體原理：

（1）Fe2+與Fe3+的循環(huán)還原氧化作用

電解過程中，鐵陽極氧化電解，使得Fe被氧化為Fe3+。從鐵的電極電位可以知道，在金屬活動順序表中排在鐵后面的金屬有可能被鐵置換出來而沉積在鐵的表面上。

同樣，其他氧化性較強的離子或化合物也會被鐵或亞鐵離子還原成毒性較小的還原態(tài)。有文獻(xiàn)介紹，鐵的還原能力可使某些有機物還原成還原態(tài)。硝基苯可被活性金屬還原成胺基就是其中一例，還原后的胺基有機物色淡，且易被微生物氧化分解，使廢水中的色度得以降低，可生化性提高，為進(jìn)一步的生化處理創(chuàng)造了條件。

（2）物理吸附

由于Fe3+極易水解生成氫氧化鐵膠體沉淀，在弱酸性溶液中，氫氧化鐵膠體豐富的比表面積顯出較高的表面活性，能吸附多種金屬離子及有機分子，能促進(jìn)金屬和有機分子的去除。在酸性條件下，F(xiàn)e2+與Fe3+是很好的絮凝劑，把溶液pH調(diào)至堿性會形成Fe(OH)2和Fe(OH)3絮凝沉淀。由于電解過程有電荷配合作用，使得生成的Fe(OH)3膠體絮凝劑的吸附能力高于一般藥劑水解得到的Fe(OH)3吸附能力。這樣，廢水中原有的懸浮物，通過電解反應(yīng)產(chǎn)生的不溶物以及有機物降解大分子均可被其吸附凝聚。

（3）高電流密度電場對有機物大分子的降解作用

有學(xué)者研究發(fā)現(xiàn)，在高電流密度電場的作用下，有機物大分子會發(fā)生降解反應(yīng)，因此會出現(xiàn)鈷離子從Co、Ni螯合物結(jié)構(gòu)中解脫出來，并且在二價鐵的配合作用下，這種反應(yīng)的速度會加快。
